Job Overview
We are in search of a skilled Database Marketing Manager to spearhead a dedicated team of database and Business Intelligence (BI) Developers. In this pivotal role, you will oversee data management across a variety of business domains, including Subscription Billing, Marketing Automation, Contact Centers, and Customer Support, ensuring optimal system performance and seamless data integration. Key Responsibilities
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of database and BI developers to ensure the smooth operation of all company databases.
- Data Strategy: Formulate and execute a thorough data management strategy to facilitate efficient data collection, storage, and utilization across the organization.
- Database Development: Direct the design and implementation of a central database (e.g., Customer Data Platform) that integrates data from diverse sources, enhancing data flow across all business sectors.
- ETL & Data Quality: Supervise ETL processes and guarantee data quality and consistency across systems.
- Business Intelligence: Create and maintain business intelligence tools and dashboards that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Governance: Establish and enforce data governance policies, ensuring compliance with data privacy laws and industry best practices.
- System Optimization: Continuously monitor and enhance database performance for effective data retrieval and processing.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the CTO, business leaders, IT professionals, and other stakeholders to deliver data solutions aligned with business goals.
- Stay Informed: Remain updated on the latest trends in data management technologies and suggest new tools to enhance data capabilities.
Required Skills
- Expertise in developing and maintaining central databases, such as Customer Data Platforms (CDPs).
- Strong background in marketing automation.
- Proficiency in SQL Server.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with an aptitude for data-driven problem-solving.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Data Management, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in data management, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership capacity.
- Demonstrated experience with central databases or CDPs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Zoho).

Compensation And Benefits
- Full-time role, Monday through Friday.
- Remote position with quarterly travel required to the corporate office in Dallas, TX (approximately 4 trips annually, at employee’s expense).
- Competitive salary range: \(170,000 - \)180,000.
- Flexible working hours.
- Direct Reports: Leading a team of fewer than 10 professionals.
